The online athletic registration portal is now open for the 2023 - 2024 school year. All parents and student athletes will need to create accounts through Student Central which is the host server for the online portal. The new portal will allow us to provide a more streamlined and efficient system of registration for athletics at Kutztown Area HS and MS. If you created an account in previous years then please use your login and password created back then. If you forgot your login or password there is a recovery link on the Student Central login page.

PIAA CIPPE Forms Sections 5 & 6 and St. Luke's HIPPA and Consent to Treat Forms:

• PIAA CIPPE sections 5 & 6 are what you need to fill out and take with you to your pre-participation physical. They can then be uploaded into your Student Central account or turned into the HS athletic office.
• St. Luke's HIPPA Privacy and Consent to Treat forms are to be printed out and turned in to the HS athletic office.
